根据《Administrative Measures for the Medical Ethics Committee of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Revised in 2022)》(Yun Zhongyuan Fa2022〕69 号）The document requirements,The charges are hereby notified as follows：

1. Charging standards

1.Drug clinical trials, medical device clinical trialsProjects generally take the form of a conference review,Ethics review fee is 5000 RMB (tax included)。

2.Horizontal clinical research projects in cooperation with enterprisesGenerally in the form of a conference review,Ethics review fee is 5000 RMB (tax included)。

3.The cost of each ethical review for horizontal clinical research projects in cooperation with public institutions shall be subject funds 1%, more than 5000 yuan will be charged at 5000 yuan（含税）。

4.Above expensesIncluding initial review and follow-up review。

5.If the follow-up reviewFees are required for review or amendment review by conference review 2000 RMB（含税）。

Ii. Precautions

sponsor/ The investigator shall pay the ethical review fee before the start of the review and pay the full amount of the ethical review fee to the hospital financial account in one lump sum。
